In school I was just the average student. Average grades and average personality. In fact not a lot of people knew who I really was. But that never stopped them from yelling my name from down the hall to get my attention. "T-Wise!", they would say. Always from different people too!  I was known and unknown at the same time. It was an odd feeling for me., but I enjoyed my mysteriousness. In fact it wasn't until Junior year that I started to enjoy high school at all. I had a tough time. Thinking back on it now I know I could have tried more. But I think was vision was blurred by trying to get a girlfriend constantly. Senior year was the best though. I was so happy to finally get out of there, but at the same time I knew a part of me would miss it. Being a junior in college makes me wonder the same thing for when I graduate in a year or so. At the high school I graduated from all  seniors go to Cedar Point at the high school I graduated, but unfortunately I didn't. I was late for the bus that day and ended up having a day off school instead of a day at an amusement park.

Recently I was able to change that though. My girlfriend and her family took me to cedar point and it was incredible. The rides were spectacular and we had fast passes so it didn't get better than that. So I just want to take a minute to say thank you.

Thank you to my girlfriend's parents who didn't have to take me, but did so anyways. Thank you to my parents for always being there for me and helping me whenever I needed it. Thank you to Sienna, my girlfriend, for caring about me and putting my happiness because you didn't have to do that but I appreciate it always. Thank you to the friends that would be there in a heartbeat for me if I needed them.

I think that people need to be shown that they are appreciated. It's amazing what just saying a simple thank you can do for some one. The act of being grateful towards another human being has only positive effects from what I can tell.  Life's too short for people to not know that they are appreciated. Memories and experiences are the best things you can buy. But that's just what I think.
